  • Despre coaching am auzit mai mulți ani în urmă, era prin 2016, am rămas fascinată, cu multe semne de întrebare, dar nu atît de mult ca să caut răspuns și informații imediat. Ce-mi aduc eu aminte de atunci e că ,persoana cu care am vorbit era mental coach în formare, antrena tineri atleți, îmi spusese că toate persoanele de succes, actor, sportiv, cîntăreț are un coach care îl ajută să performeze.

In the past, it was customary to go to work in an office or a factory and make a normal salary that would enable you to live in relative comfort. These days, however, more and more people are finding that their passions lie outside of the traditional workplace.

Atunci cînd gîndești pozitiv cu siguranță și rezultatul va fi unul pozitiv sau cel pe care l-ai programat și vizualizat în mintea ta. Putearea subconștientului este una colosală astfel încît avem toate resursele de a ne crea viitorul după viziunea noastră personală. Schimbînd modul în care gîndim de fapt ne schimbăm calitatea vieții. Inteligența emoțională este capacitatea noastra de a ne gesiona gândurile și emoțiile astfel încît să putem elimina din calea noastră fricile și neîncrederile pe care le întâlnim zi de zi și să ne construim un parcurs după propriile valori.

  • Coaching in the workplace is a topic that is attracting the interest of many companies as a tool that could be added to their strategic initiatives aimed at responding to the challenges in their environment. The business environment of today is marked by accelerated technological advancement,  the rise of social media which is challenging the traditional communication patterns, as well as the perspectives and expectations of the new generations that are entering the labour market.
  • This report is the outcome of research around best practice and current theory on the subject of coaching in the workplace. The practical application of the overall research is described in a case study around the research for and design of a coaching strategy for an NHS Primary Care Trust in London with a workforce of approximately 3,500 staff across a wide geographical area covering 4 London boroughs.

If a manager seeks real long lasting success, he/she surely wants to behave like a leader, not like a boss. Consequently, developing the ability to coach others is a must. Nowadays, it is an essential skill which is required to be a successful manager in order to accomplish long-term positive results. Nevertheless, what is a manager? Why are managers needed in the first place? What is a coach? What does it mean to be one? And how does it apply in the workplace?
  • These goals seem like easy and convenient answers and solutions to people who do not want to or don't know how to do the inner work of trying to find their deeply held values and aspirations. They then take these solutions and seek careers and jobs that seem to be a good fit.
  • Coaching was where I had been able to safely, without consequence, explore and understand my reality and eventually take steps to fundamentally change my life for the better. As part of this change I had identified career aspirations and the need to find a new work role that fitted with my values. As a result, my professional career took an interesting turn, which resulted in me gaining a leadership post with the responsibility of developing the use of coaching in the clinical field of adult mental health care.

  • As social beings, we communicate at any moment of our existence with both verbal and non-verbal cues. Each piece of communication (coming in and going out) passes through our internal “software”, our mind. The simplest communication process is illustrated as linear and goes through 4 key stages: coding – sending – receiving – decoding. However, it’s not at all that simple. There are so many variables that influence the smooth information processing between two subjects (Smith, 2007).
  • During my research I was glad to know that Coaching is the second fastest business to grow worldwide, some studies showed how this business blossomed during the Covid-19 confinement and how much it is essential to highlight the well-being of people when living on their own, and cannot interact physically with anyone for a long period of time, the coaching processes were adapted to the situation and most of the coaching sessions are currently conducted via E- software’s and applications.

  • While ‘home schooling’ for many students (and parents) has become the norm for most of the Spring 2021 term, there will be a tangible effect on the learning disruption and a widening of the gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers as identified by the National Foundation for Educational Research. Moreover, the effects of cancelling national exams for two consecutive years has yet to be determined, both in the academic attainments and, perhaps more importantly, the psychological aspect of learning to prepare for major and potentially life changing events.
  • Conflicts can arise in any area of life holding interpersonal relationships, from professional relationships to businesses partnerships to personal relationships. Dealing with these conflicts should be done in the most effective way possible, they should always be handled in a constructive manner, with a determination to solve the issues hanging, a positive vibe, an open communication and a mutual respect and acceptance of diversity in opinion and point of views.

In fact, coaching is the second-fastest growing industry in the world for its benefits are becoming clearer and are getting more tangible day after day. Whatever you want to get better at, there will be a coach willing to help us be it a sports coach, financial coach, life coach, voice coach and the list goes on.

  • Cea mai mare performanță a mea în Coaching, pe lîngă redescoperirea iubirii de oameni, este lucrul cu emoțiile mele. Aveam o mare provocare să intru în contact cu oamenii, să conduc dialoguri fără ca corpul meu să nu somatizeze prin tremurat de voce, tremurat de mîini, sau mai rău emoții neconstructive, care de multe ori îmi lăsau sentimente de vinovăție.
  • Credințe limitative – o îmbinare de termeni la modă în zilele noastre, cu același parcurs specific acestui gen de termeni: îl vedem prin postări pe social media, îl citim prin articole, îl auzim la radio/ televizor/ podcasturi etc. Alături de “semenii săi”, cum ar fi: zona de confort, stare psiho - emoțională, metaprograme, traume, vociferez, persoane/relații toxice, ardere profesională, inteligență emoțională, dezvoltare personală etc. - se tot perindă în context uzual, fără un substrat etimologic și o abordare argumentată pe dovezi, care să confirme că utilizatorul a deschis cel puțin DEX-ul și s-a informat ce presupune această noțiune sau expresie.
