The purpose of this study is to examine how coaching empowers women especially those with family medical cases. It is based on the fact that women are the primary caregivers in situations where a family member is suffering from a specific chronic disease. Additionally, the study starts by evaluating the meaning and the importance of women empowerment and life coaching. Notably, the scope of the study is examining women from the position of a caregiver and that of a patient.
The methodology employed in this examination is the qualitative and quantitative research method. However, the study mainly focused on qualitative by assessing already existing data on the topic. In the course of the study, the main constraint was the limited statistical data on the topic that pushed toward doing more research to go out with an objective and persuasive result. The construing concluded that coaching empowers women to have a flexible and transformative mindset which is crucial when dealing with family health cases.
