  • Coaching in the workplace is a topic that is attracting the interest of many companies as a tool that could be added to their strategic initiatives aimed at responding to the challenges in their environment. The business environment of today is marked by accelerated technological advancement,  the rise of social media which is challenging the traditional communication patterns, as well as the perspectives and expectations of the new generations that are entering the labour market.

  • In the 21st century, the idea of managing has changed; command and control in leadership is no longer the best way to manage people and lead companies and associations. Coaching is becoming a popular way to think about how to manage. The trendy advice is: Don’t be a boss, be a leader! Don’t be a manager, be a coach! The idea of a leader is combined with being a coach. Indeed, collaboration and coaching have proven to be the most effective methods for managers to lead. If a manager seeks real long lasting success, he/she surely wants to behave like a leader, not like a boss. Consequently, developing the ability to coach others is a must. Nowadays, it is an essential skill which is required to be a successful manager in order to accomplish long-term positive results. Nevertheless, what is a manager? Why are managers needed in the first place? What is a coach? What does it mean to be one? And how does it apply in the workplace?

School coaching will empower teachers and school leaders in order to be able to deal with the complexity of schools.
  • Happiness is hard to find. Some people spend their entire lives winning prizes, earning money, and spending time with people only to find out that happiness has escaped them. Every day we see around us tired, dissatisfied, unhappy people always running after materialistic things to get to the “elusive happiness”. They think that if they have what they lack i.e. money, children, work, fame, a perfect body etc… they will be happy.

  • Coaching is helping a client to connect his head and his heart in a way that transforms his passion for his dreams into action for his life. Dreams and goals cannot be reached if an optimum state of health does not exist. • Parenting requires the constant support of the physical, intellectual, emotional, social development of a child, from the day they are born till adulthood and sometimes even after that.
  • Raising up children has always been a tedious task for parents and caregivers. As the world is advancing and technology is improving, managing children and the complexities associated with their growing up has become more demanding for parents. Parents face a lot of challenges in trying to train children into becoming successful and well-bred individuals. The need to balance this achievement with acceptable conduct always seems to be the “toughest bite of the cake.’’
  • A successful, high performing organization runs like a smooth well-oiled machine. Every part of the machine has a role to play to ensure the machine functions properly. • Capacitatea de adaptare, ca și în natură, poate fi o chestiune de supraviețuire. Schimbarea nu este ușoară și necesită voința de a face acest lucru și o minte deschisă. Each piece of communication (coming in and going out) passes through our internal “software”, our mind. The simplest communication process is illustrated as linear and goes through 4 key stages: coding – sending – receiving – decoding. However, it’s not at all that simple. There are so many variables that influence the smooth information processing between two subjects (Smith, 2007).
