  • Coaching in the workplace is a topic that is attracting the interest of many companies as a tool that could be added to their strategic initiatives aimed at responding to the challenges in their environment. The business environment of today is marked by accelerated technological advancement,  the rise of social media which is challenging the traditional communication patterns, as well as the perspectives and expectations of the new generations that are entering the labour market.
  • This report is the outcome of research around best practice and current theory on the subject of coaching in the workplace. The practical application of the overall research is described in a case study around the research for and design of a coaching strategy for an NHS Primary Care Trust in London with a workforce of approximately 3,500 staff across a wide geographical area covering 4 London boroughs.

  • These goals seem like easy and convenient answers and solutions to people who do not want to or don't know how to do the inner work of trying to find their deeply held values and aspirations. They then take these solutions and seek careers and jobs that seem to be a good fit.
  • Coaching was where I had been able to safely, without consequence, explore and understand my reality and eventually take steps to fundamentally change my life for the better. As part of this change I had identified career aspirations and the need to find a new work role that fitted with my values.   • While ‘home schooling’ for many students (and parents) has become the norm for most of the Spring 2021 term, there will be a tangible effect on the learning disruption and a widening of the gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers as identified by the National Foundation for Educational Research. Moreover, the effects of cancelling national exams for two consecutive years has yet to be determined, both in the academic attainments and, perhaps more importantly, the psychological aspect of learning to prepare for major and potentially life changing events.
  • Conflicts can arise in any area of life holding interpersonal relationships, from professional relationships to businesses partnerships to personal relationships.   • In today's fast-paced world, stress has become a significant issue that affects individuals' physical and mental health. Chronic stress can lead to various problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, depression, and anxiety. Therefore, it is crucial to address stress, especially in the coaching setting, where individuals can develop strategies for managing stress effectively.

Schools are ‘complex and unpredictable’ (Hoy and Miskel, 2008). The knowledge explosion in the 21st century has added to the challenges.   • An interesting aspect of to do lists, especially more common for women, they believe they have to be perfect mothers, wives, business ladies, friends, daughters, to look perfect every moment of the day, to be high class chefs in the kitchen, and many other things. In the world of digitalization, where social media is playing a big role in our lives, the desire to hunt for perfectionism, to procrastinate and after getting into a depression is even more frequent than ever. That’s why we can observe different cases of procrastination, from lighter version to more serious ones for the health of the person and society in general.
  • In this suggested topic we will explore what are the key skills that are necessary for some one to practice coaching successfully. This is a deceptively simple undertaking, but I will take up the gauntlet, as I always had a personal interest for the deeper side of human development. And lo and behold, the challenges have already begun: Is it the deeper side, or is it the higher side of human development? Are those indeed opposites? Traditionally, psychologically oriented people would use the word “deeper” to denote added value, while the spiritually inclined would use the word “higher”. However, let’s bridge the gap by using the word evolved, as there is no spatiality in matters of mind and soul.

I will cover the areas of giving feedback, making suggestions, giving advice, empathy, listening skills and communications skills. I will show how these key skills can affect and the client, the coach-client relationship as well as influence the effectiveness of the coaching session.

  • The fascinating aspect of self-esteem is that it is always with us, either consciously, or as ‘background noise’. We are always aware of it, which raises the question, how aware are we of it at any moment in time? The strength and influence of our self-esteem is a matter of degree. It is not set in stone and is a ‘moveable feast’.

  • The Youth coaching program (YCP) is a coaching program that is designed for youth (teens). It’s a gateway to confidence, Love, success, health, and wealth that are part of a leader in everyday life. Most of the teens' problems are with themselves and when they don't solve them they start creating problems with others. The YCP program is a journey where teenagers take their quest for achieving their goals and fulfill their dreams accompanied by a coach who helps them to take that journey through a clear process to stay on track to reach their goals successfully.
